TL;DR: In Cleveland, 19-year-old Mackenzie Shirilla has been found guilty on all charges, which include four counts of murder, felonious assault, and aggravated vehicular homicide. These charges stem from a tragic incident that occurred on July 31, 2022, resulting in the deaths of 20-year-old Dominic Russo (Shirilla's boyfriend) and 19-year-old Davion Flanagan. The crash, which was deemed intentional by Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Nancy Margaret Russo, involved a Toyota Camry traveling at…

ChatGPT Summary: Suzie Cheiko, a former employee of Insurance Australia Group (IAG), was fired after 18 years of service due to underperformance and missed deadlines. Her computer activity, including keystrokes, was monitored for 49 days between October and December 2022. The findings revealed she did not work her scheduled hours on 44 of the 49 days and was absent on multiple occasions. Despite these results, Cheiko has only ever received one warning during her entire tenure at the company. Fol…

assisted death Yeah, ok buddy, let's not split hairs here. Paying someone / a machine to kill you is the same thing as killing yourself. It's suicide.

I haven't seen an article that states the exact amount yet, so I've only gone by the majority of what I've seen people say here on Reddit. If it was 2, then that's bullshit charges. Also doesn't make sense for it to be 0.7g for 2 carts, when carts are either 0.5g or 1g (typically 1g, so that'd be 2g total). Unless she was already puffing on one previously. But that debunks her claim of "I had no idea it was in there."
/r/PussyPassDenied05/08/22 01:49 PM

Yeah bro. I totally bring 100s of carts with me for a 10 day trip. Definitely not distributing! /s For real though. I puff on carts from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed. It'd be a lot of work for me to even go through one cart in a day. I go through about 1.5 of them a week. So, again, why does she need 100s of them for 10 days? Hmmmm

If you're speeding at 80+ mph over the speed limit, yes. There is appropriate consequences for actions. Little speeding? Little punishment. Lots of speeding? Lots of punishment. Little bit of weed? Small punishment. Lots of weed? Lots of punishment. I'm a stoner and I think going to jail for weed at all is stupid. But, it's a different country and you have to obey their laws. Or don't, and find out like she did.

You're dumb as fuck if you think there isn't a difference between personally taking 1 illegal fruit to eat yourself, versus taking 100s of illegal fruit to sell for profit. Dumb as a box of rocks.

I think they typically just factor that into the price. But, I would assume so, yes. Otherwise she would have gotten $0 (all to lawyer plus more owed), not some.

6 guys a year for 9 years straight? That's slutty dude. Find a FWB and stick with them for a while. Nobody is shaming for having sex. But people also don't want to be with STD ridden cum dumpsters. And we all know that it wasn't 6 a year. Probably a couple times where it was 6 in a week.

My ex lives in a city an hour away from where my daughter goes to school. She'll move every few months / years. Calls and updates the school with her new address sometimes when she realizes she isn't getting report cards or anything anymore. The school ALWAYS puts her as the main contact when she does it. Like, how the fuck does it make sense? She lives with me, in the city she goes to school. Why the fuck would they put her as the main contact / home residence? Frustrating as all hell.

Yeah, until people realized that guns are fucking dangerous and not a toy. Fuck around and find out. Sad that these things happen. But clearly people don't understand that fucking around with guns can, and will, end your fucking life. So, yes. Bring out more guns. Teach people about them and their dangers, and how to not wave them around like the stupid chick in this news article. Or how to not violently attack someone who is holding a gun (like Kyle's case). Ya know, common sense shit?

Again, really stretching to make it work aren't ya? I never said that ALL (or any) unmarried people with kids are ratchet hoes. I have a child with an ex-gf, shit happens sometimes. Not being able to know who your child's father is (because you're sleeping with so many people) (like in OP) is what makes you a ratchet hoe.

That makes it sound like it isn't AI at all. It might be. But to me, AI means that it can think for itself. Putting in data and having it output an answer based on formulas sounds like a normal computer function, like a calculator (aka, hardly "AI" at all)... AI should be able to think for itself and get rid of biases. IMO

Can a male rapist just "become transgender" and get the courts to charge him as if he was a women? Say a man rapes 5 women, but in sentencing claims that he is actually a she (to get lighter sentence). Can they then not be charged with rape, since the law specifically states that it must be a he...?

For the simple fact of, we don't need more "days". They're trying to make all 365 days of the year have some stupid 'thing' behind it. It's corporations trying to make more money by milking "holidays". Leave it at the 2 we have, celebrate it/them however you want. Fuck anybody else who says otherwise. That goes for 99% of things in the world.
/r/PussyPassDenied01/10/20 09:14 PM

Nothing wrong with celebrating a single parent on both of those days. But it works both ways as well. Happy Mothers Day (when the day comes) to all the single dads.

"I have an obvious dent in my otherwise well maintained vehicle. I follow the guy all the way to his house, and called the police on him, for nothing?" The police where I live would love to have something to do, and definitely charge the guy with it. And if not, then I wait until they leave and throw a huge rock through his windows.

Uhh, exactly, I never said it was. My point is that children cost a lot more than one would think, and when added up is more than the cost of child support. So even if the mom "didn't spend it all on me", they likely did, and more.

Ah, dang sorry to hear. Sounds like you're an adult now though and moved on? Just keep it all in mind and strive to NOT be THAT parent someday! Some people are shitheads. To be fair to your mom, kids cost more than just clothes and food. The place you're living? Rent / mortgages aren't free. The electricity you're using all day long? Isn't free. The water you use to go to the bathroom, shower, drink, etc. Isn't free. The gas she uses to drive you to school / the store / friends. Isn't free. It all adds up eventually. You might go "well shit, she didn't spend £340 this month on me, wtf?". And that might be true, but maybe next month she spends more than that. It a…

Yep, not a problem with it. Unless they try to play it off as if they aren't paid, when they are. Lots of people do it for free, lots of them get paid. Who gives a shit either way. The money you're giving is going to the charity.

I am married, and my wife wears make-up maybe 5 times a year on holidays when we get together with family. I'd prefer for her not to waste a ton of money, and time, getting dolled-up for no reason. And yes, I know what you mean. A little bit of make-up can be a nice thing. The make-up that you can't even tell they're wearing. But 95% of the time that isn't the case with women and you can totally tell that they're wearing it. Thick lipstick, too much blush, eye shadow, drawn on eyebrows, etc..
/r/PussyPassDenied29/06/20 09:28 PM

That's the dumbest shit I've ever heard. They have control over ever part of their body, just like men do. Men don't plaster on pounds of makeup. Women do it to hide how ugly they really are. That's why I prefer women without makeup at all. I'd rather see their natural beauty than being some clown-looking mother fucker.

I've paid the lawyer and went to court, highly worth it. My ex and I have 50/50 custody of our daughter now, who actually lives with me the majority of the time. Her mother ended up moving about an hour away so my daughter stayed living here with me, and goes to see her mother on weekends. Rare, but it can happen. Just takes manning up and doing shit about it in the first place. If you let the shitty courts and/or women walk all over you, they will.

Do they not provide medical treatment to inmates? Plenty of pregnant woman are jailed in the US. They don't magically get out just for being pregnant. A lot of them end up having the kids while still inside jail / prison. They'll typically be transported to a hospital to deliver the child, get to spend a night (or two) with it, then the child goes off to live with family / the father and the mother goes back to jail / prison. Idk dude. I'm married, and think it would be considered rude if I ordered pizza and didn't really offer any to my wife. Granted, she'd probably be fine with 1 slice if she just wanted a little snack. But if neither of us have eaten all day, and I randomly ordered a pizza without telling her, and only offered her 1 slice, she'd probably be pissed. She was looking at up to 180 days for each of the 14 counts (2520 days or ~7 years). None of the families wanted to have their child testify, so she ended up getting a 30 day plea deal. This is bullshit either way. If it was a male, they would basically be looking at life. Each of the 14 counts would probably be 5-10 years themselves, not days. He'd never see freedom again.

"Jokes", right. You realize this is harassment? The lady was told to stop doing it after she had a restraining order filed against her, but continued to do it. It would be like someone sending you a letter everyday saying "haha, glad your child died. hahahahah!", being told to stop by police, and continuing to do it. The fact that it was a "tweet" is irrelevant.

Not quite a PPD, she probably won't even face any real punishment. The dog was returned to her: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3383400/Pug-returned-Brandi-Chin-video-throwing-dog-went-viral.html

Exactly. Go in front of a bunch of jurors, toss on the tears, explain that the guy was already suicidal and would have done it anyways, you were "doing what you thought was best for him", get probation.

She actually said "I'll give it to you in a minute". Cops don't have time to sit around and listen to some old bitch's story about her needing to take a piss. You don't tell a cop what to do, that's how you end up in the back of a cruiser.

She only "realized she deserved it" probably after hundreds of people calling her out for it. Just like politicians, they won't apologize unless they are in trouble and think that it'll help them out. If this didn't get as much attention as it did, she'd still be bragging about it.

it's the exact same thing here Not really. A tournament and such is understandable, because it's not discriminating against anybody. Think of it being like "Whites Only Night", where anybody of color isn't allowed. You think that would go over well?

Doesn't really matter. Charging someone for a service that they can not use is illegal. They just needed to reduce the cost for male members by however much time they're losing out on, but they refused. Thus, a lawsuit. You can't sell a product / service to somebody, then tell them that they can't use said product / service (unless both parties agree to it).

but the males wouldn't want Why? How do you know? I'm sure there is some guys out there that would love to train without women around. Just the same as some women would like to train without men around.

Totally different than what's going on here. It would be like paying $1,000 to sign-up for a baseball team where you would play 3 games a week. Only to get there and find out that you can't ever play on 1 of those days due to it being "woman's day", thus wasting 1/3 of the money you paid to play. The guy in the video specifically said that if the cost of the membership were adjusted for the missing time, it would be fine. But the fact that they are charging him money for a service he quite liter…

It's their culture, plus they have some weird laws that can actually punish people for helping out. I don't know exact details, but they're basically raised to just mind their own business. That's why even if you say "Hello." or "How are you doing today?" to them, they get a little weirded out. Everyone just keeps to themselves.

After recording this video she came into the store and confronted me. "Give me your phone brah!" She yelled for my phone and grabbed at me, she yanked the shopping cart from my hands and demanded my phone. She called her bf over and begged him to beat me and take my phone. Police were called because they wouldn't leave even when staff demanded they leave. Police were very nice and supportive. They hung around in the parking lot and made sure I was safe. Thanks to Hillsboro PD and Officer Russell…

Her story doesn't make sense. What does it matter if she used her child support card to pay for it? You can use child support for whatever the fuck you want. The state doesn't / can't regulate it. As long as the child has proper care (clothes, food, shelter), it doesn't matter.

She faces eight charges in all including two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, five different failure to appear charges, resisting a public officer charge. Doubt she'll get off too easily with those charges, but we'll see.
