comparing Reddit searches for "I hate women" and "I hate men" is so depressing. It makes you realize how much bigger a problem misandry is vs misogyny

Is there any other crime where you can falsely accuse and have someone arrested based solely on the verbal testimony of the "victim"?

Be patient because it's going to take awhile. Gen Z is the first generation that will actually start to implement men's rights and it's still decades until they come into full political power

TikTok is one of the worst offenders. DV against men is completely normalized on there. It's painful to see this and know the younger generations are being indoctrinated by this misandrist bs. The feminists are a bunch of hypocrites

You need to study the intimate connection between language and culture. It's a very deep and powerful connection, and is relatively well studied. Pronouns and how they are used in a language are very important.
/r/MensRights07/03/26 04:53 PM
1

Using female equivalent would be second best option, better than using male only words. But the best option is to use gender neutral language
/r/MensRights07/03/26 02:46 AM
2

Male being the default pronoun matters. Language profoundly shapes culture. Also, it doesn't require much attention at all.

This is much bigger than a comment. It reflects the ideology of feminism. Women have been oppressed by men for centuries is the story. Women internalize this and use it to justify a whole range of atrocities against men in the modern era
/r/MensRights06/03/26 03:30 PM
1

I'm doing my part. I often use she or they. What about you?
/r/MensRights06/03/26 03:20 PM
2

I agree with you actually. This isn't a huge deal but the small things add up and do influence culture and attitudes towards gender on a micro level.
/r/MensRights06/03/26 03:19 PM
2

No, you misunderstand. I think we should use gender neutral language ideally.
/r/MensRights06/03/26 03:18 PM

You're not wrong and I don't think we should use "man" to refer to an adult human. That's sexist as well. It goes both ways, otherwise I would be a hypocrite

But gunman and manhunt are never used in reference to a woman. It sounds strange honestly
/r/MensRights06/03/26 03:16 PM

Those aren't even real words. Just use actual words that don't have gender built in
/r/MensRights06/03/26 03:13 PM

/r/MensRights01/03/26 05:18 PM

They don't need to prove it. They just need to sense intuitively that you are not authentic and deny the application. And women are very good at social intuition. They naturally pick up on many subtle social cues that men are oblivious to
/r/MensRights01/03/26 05:16 PM

Go ahead and try to apply then. Once they see you are an evil cis male you'll have zero chances of success. But if you can convincingly play the identity that they want you'll be accepted.

I get where you're coming from. But women are not inherently evil. They are just opportunistic and have very little consideration for men. If we say women are evil then men must also be evil. You just happen to be one of the good ones, but there are many male predators that you will never experience but women do all the time. The significant difference is that men are attracted to women much more than the reverse. So you show more love and care than you get in return. Be accountable and realize …

I really want to believe you're right but my instinct says you are being naively hopeful, and my personal experience supports that. When I test for men's rights support out there in the real world I don't find much. The most common reaction I get from the average citizen is laughter at the absurdity of even considering men's rights as a concept. I just saw a video about a study where the vast majority of women would rather go to prison than admit they were wrong. The statistics for men were the reverse. Combine this fascinating finding with the power of The sisterhood, and you get feminists that cannot admit women, as a group, are responsible for any ills in our society. They are always the innocent victims being oppressed and the men are the evil predators with all the advantages and privilege

I have no doubt that most feminists like Emma truly believe they support equality for men. But they have so little empathy for men, and spend virtually no effort to understand men's issues, that they have zero effect on improving men's situations. The main men's issues that feminists care about are typically ones that help men express their feminine nature, such as being able to cry or getting longer parental leave. They are so self-centered that they cannot see any men's issues that don't someh…

Even when society primarily benefits women the feminists will still blame the patriarchy. They call it benevolent sexism. And anytime society is harming men, it's still patriarchy. Whether it benefits or harms men or women it's still patriarchy's fault. You really can't make this up. Feminist logic is so absurd you just got to shake your head and laugh.
/r/MensRights28/01/26 10:48 PM

No, it's a projection of female neuroticism. Some women are so steeped in negative emotion that they demand society change in order for them to feel good. This never satisfies them because the problem is within themselves, and they have no accountability. So they continue the destructive rampage until society stops them or it perishes.

Thank you for trying to change the unfair system. I'm truly shocked how they treat fathers like wallets instead of parents. And I also consider this a form of child abuse to withhold a loving parent from seeing their child. This is the dark ages for fathers' rights

There is a small but significant contingent of feminists that are even worse than misandrists. They actually enjoy it when men are killed if it has any connection to an allegation that a woman was victimized. It's truly disturbing. It is many times worse than any type of misogyny I've seen online. It's so disturbing that I cannot even accept that it is true. Feminism has revealed the darkest parts of the female psyche. To me it is no less appalling than the most evil characters in history. A small but significant contingent of feminists now want to genocide men and also nuke civilization entirely since they believe it's all based on the patriarchy.

Exactly. And it's so childish and naive to look at history in such as black and white manner regarding gender. I actually find it insulting to our ancestors. It vilifies the men and infantilizes the women. At this point feminism is mostly propaganda. Women deal less in facts and More in feelings, and the propaganda caters to the feminine mindset.

As you can see in the comments feminists will just list off historical injustices women faced and call it systematic oppression. However, men also experienced many historical injustices as a group, and so it must also be considered systematic oppression, if we're using the feminist definition. The irony comes when feminists claim that men were not oppressed but were in fact the oppressors, and used that fallacy to enact laws and social justice movements that actually do oppress men in the modern…

In fact, it's even worse than men having no reproductive Rights. They have negative reproductive Rights in the sense that they are made responsible for children that are not even theirs. And made responsible for babies that are the result of an underage boy being raped by an adult woman.

Not all evil acts are criminal, especially when it comes to women. Psychological and emotional trauma are women's specialty and those types of evil behaviors are just now starting to be recognized as criminal. The dogs metaphor is so much worse than the cow one though. It's saying that men and dogs, as animals, share some unethical traits. A very direct and personal comparison. Whereas the cow metaphor is not saying women are similar to cows in their behavior, it's saying that trying to find a woman right after divorce is similar to being required to buy the whole cow just for a glass of milk. It's comparing two situations, not two animal species.

Well I guess this means girls are innocent angels who never abuse or commit violence against men. For real though, this is a huge win for female abusers. The government is basically greenlighting it

Condoms fail or are tampered with. What about the men who want to have children in the future but also have casual sex before that? What about their right to bodily autonomy and sexual freedom? Is it fair that we financially burden a man for life because of someone else's fraudulent actions or a manufacturer defect?

Marie-Charlotte Garin, who proposed the bill alongside Véronique Riotton, told the National Assembly last week: “And when it’s yes, it must be a real yes, a yes that is not afraid. Giving in will never again be consenting.” A yes that is not afraid? So a woman can say yes, but because she felt fear it doesn't count as consent? This is borderline dystopian. The burden is simply being shifted to the man. Because we all know that if a man accuses a woman of not asking for consent before a sexual ac…

Feminists claim abortion is healthcare and bodily autonomy is unassailable, yet are silent and seemingly indifferent to a forced surgical procedure performed on the genitals of the majority of infant boys. A clear violation of bodily autonomy and a stark gender imbalance. Their silence speaks volumes about feminists true feelings about boys and men. Because we know they would be yelling from the mountaintops if the same thing was being done to infant girls.

What are you talking about? Online shopping is a thing you know, you don't have to strut around the store with your extra small SuperStroker™. They could at least have more options for men. Considering men are half the population you'd think they would have more than 5% of the product options. I mean come on, even The stereotype is that men are the more horny gender. This will blow up in their face. The more society demands that men respect women, while simultaneously disrespecting men, the less respect women will get. And whatever respect they do get is mostly performative.

I think I see what you're saying. If the genders were reversed the situation would have played out quite differently, because of the misandry in the system you're talking about. Man would probably be charged with a more serious crime, there would be more general outrage, maybe involving some bail amount which the accused may not be able to pay. In that case, he would wait in jail until trial. But if he was able to pay that bail amount, he would be allowed to walk free until trial. So you're wron…

Innocent until proven guilty. A jury of her peers, after being presented with evidence from both sides, has not decided on her innocence or guilt yet. Henderson was released on an appearance ticket and her own recognizance because the specific charges she faces in New York State were not eligible for court-ordered monetary bail under the law

Incredibly biased perspective. And nothing about men's rights. As the other comment said what about false accusations, rape laws that exclude men as victims or women as perpetrators. What about the biased consent standard where if both man and women are drunk only the man is charged? You make it a point to tell us it's mostly men and then suggest an absolutely barbaric punishment that violates bodily autonomy. Either you don't come here in good faith or you are simply an indoctrinated feminist B…

A lot of this is due to selection bias and market supply. The majority of men are virtually invisible to women, shrinking the market significantly. In addition a lot of men who value relationships and family have removed themselves from the market due to the current dating climate and feminist law/culture

Here's the study: https://www.thelancet.com/journals/eclinm/article/PIIS2589-5370(25)00602-9/fulltext Between October 28, 2013, and July 13, 2021, 630 eligible men were randomly assigned: 319 to sertraline and 311 to placebo Sertraline did not significantly reduce the risk of violent reoffending compared with placebo. Post-hoc analyses suggested a possible selective effect on domestic violence offending.

I wasn't making that argument. But I think there is some merit in it. If you look at red pill influencers women are disproportionately represented. I believe they are more effective communicators to society at large, while the male influencers are better at communicating with other males. Therefore, I think a woman would be a better fit as a leader for the men's rights movement.

Men are inherently disadvantaged when it comes to organizing for men's rights. There are many reasons but here are a couple: Men exhibit larger differences between each other then women, so women are more of a monolith ideologically and are able to present a more united front bc they are more similar to each other The success of political organizing is heavily dependent on relationship building, and women are much better at this

I believe the discussion has already started. Emotional and psychological abuse is even codified into the law, such as coercive control. But it is disproportionately wielded against men, even though they are likely more victimized by it.
