2	Young boys 'turned off books' by lack of male teachers combined with an anti-book culture among fathers. Schools fail to equip them with a selection of adventure and action novels. “The primary school workforce is also very feminised and it is now rare to have more than one male teacher.” I'm a male Para-educator (pretty much a TA) and i work with young emotionally disturbed boys. 10	Double standards I'm not worked up really, I would never have made a big deal about it. She meant no harm, but if it was a man who impulsively did something stupid like this the consequences would be way worse and that's what I'm hung up on.	/r/MensRights	28/06/12 04:45 AM
