Every situation is different, and there are never any hard-fast rules when it comes to drawing on someone. Yes there are guidelines to follow for EOF. Yes you need to be situationally aware. Yes you should remove yourself from the situation before the need to draw arises. But telling a student not to draw on someone because they used a less-lethal weapon against them?
