She has also has removed salary negotiations from the hiring process because studies show "women don’t fare as well as men." It sounds like a great idea to me, as far as you can go before actually meeting the candidate. It just seems like an expensive proposition, given that you now have to have multiple layers of hiring groups - some who know the person's identity in order to audit their resume, and some who don't know the person's identity to make actually decisions.
