pretty unbelievable achievement consider his age and starting point, but all those writing/content can only be from legitimate experience. I feel really inspired reading his stuffs.

Keep doing what you are doing, hope you are lifting? It will build up your value and the confidence to over come your 'mental block' will naturally come with it.

I had bad case of acne on forehead for awhile and realize the problem is from trying low poo/no poo. Now I tried to keep the level of oil on my hair low, also change your pillow case constantly or put a new towel over it every time you sleep, as your face is in contact with your pillow 1/3 of the time a day

changing your life completely in one go is not a good idea in my opinion, you might not have the mental strength to go through and burn out and goes back to the old lifestyle (that was what happened to me multiple times anyway). What I do now is just taking it slow, get my mind slowly becoming comfortable with the changes. Go right ahead and start with stronglift 5x5 is my recommendation.

Study religion/go to church or is it a waste of time? I am agnostic but going to a bible study group once a week, and I found many good human relation knowledge from the bible, some align well with redpill.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
