For the record I’m not disagreeing with anything you are saying. Obviously if a women is completely incapacitated due to being too drunk and a man has sex with her then yes that is rape. Why though do you think it’s okay for a women to have consensual sex when drunk and then wake up the next day and call it rape?

Are you stupid? Genuine question. So if a women decides to get drunk and runs over someone with her car, does that mean she isn’t responsible because she was drunk? If both man and female are drunk and have consensual sex does that mean they are both rapists? Please tell me you aren’t this stupid.
