Maybe this is odd to ask, but do you have a pre-game huddle to strategize? By virtue of being in a fraternity, wingmen weren't too necessary because every guy more or less helped with that just by his presence. Ever since I read some study somewhere ( it's 2am here, I'll edit) that claimed isolation is as bad for longevity as smoking cigs, I've taken a more proactive approach to connecting and building relationships.
