I know all too much about it. To me the real Rep Pill is knowing who financed and threw the Russian Revolution and why and how those men are directly related to the bluepill matrix we inhabit today. TRP is really just a small subset of the actual Red Pill which is political and monetary in nature and if you swallow it you risk losing friends and employment if your views are known.

I have dumbbells from 5 to 25 pounds and through high reps I can get the same burn off the little ones as the big ones. Plus when you're not even counting and doing at least a hundred reps you get better muscle definition. Then for some bulk the 25lb ones.
