Me too. Best move I ever made was to sell that big, high-maintenance house! Convert it into rental apartments in the city center! My house had four floors! Now when I think back, I was always working in the yard, doing something around the house... it's a second job!

I agree. After my first wife died of cancer, I sat down with my two sons and asked them if they wanted to keep the big house or sell it and split the money. I beg to differ. 0% - She's already sick of him and as a narcissist, she needs to destroy him. This process has already begun with her giving birth to a child she really doesn't care about, perhaps except as an ornament.
