Two simple solutions to this problem 1: Don't give them the ability to turn them off, or 2: Put in place policies that no matter what the accusation, no matter the lack of evidence to back it up, if an officer turns off their body cam and is accused of something during that time, they are automatically found guilty of it.

Depends, I guess. Hunting and killing an endangered animal is pretty shitty, but some places will let you do it to help fund the sanctuaries they have built. They will typically only let you kill 1, and it has to be one that is past the age where they will reproduce, as it wouldn't be a threat to the continued survival of the species

Ah. In Canada our CDMA providers (Telus and Bell) moved to "CDMA+" which had a dummy sim that said "Look at CDMA info" and has since reworked their networks to be a "pure" LTE network so SIM's can be interchanged.

Someone who commits murder would receive a harsher punishment than an accessory to that murder.
