1	Haven’t dated in almost 10 years First thing that you will need to do is focus on just being yourself most of the time and stop doubting your abilities on approaching or talking to any women out there.... second and the last thing is handle it with a little bit of care and do not over extend yourself to conversations that you know to yourself are not gonna end up very well.
