If you find it hard to hold conversations, it’s only because you focus too much on the content. You may feel that what you have to say isn’t good enough in some way. But the truth is, pretty much all you can think of is okay to say in a conversation. Girls will pay attention as long you your delivery isn’t fucked up. Meaning: unless the way you say the stuff you wanna say is boring (too low energy, monotone, no change in expressions etc), girls will pay attention and be engaged.

Don’t wait. Start approaching women. As long as you project confidence and charisma, they’ll comply with you (aka go on dates, give you their numbers etc). This means, the thing to really focus on first is that confidence and charisma. And the best way to focus on building those is going out and chatting with women. Maybe emulating the behaviour patterns of people you find charismatic. On the side, you can keep hitting the gym, get your teeth fixed etc.
