That works! A majority of people don't have those, and in the absence it does go to next of kin like you said. I just said wife because divorce brings out the worst in people and in that moment they might not do what you would have wanted for whatever reason.

Oh gosh this hits too close to home. Was deleting some old files when I found a bunch of homework assignments that I did for my Ex. Papers, homework, research, the whole 9 yards so she could go and "take care of things" for her "professional" fraternity. Never again.
