Sure, she could also be having gangbangs with 20 dudes on the side and be already secretly married to 10 of them. I'm not talking about a young relationship here and this whole thing isn't exactly outrageous, once you've been in a LTR long enough, people start asking these questions, it's very simple really, and wether any of us wants to get married or not isn't gonna change that.

Makes sense. I guess the problem I have with this one is that it is the same one coming from a lot of different people. While your advice and /u/ferengiprophet 's We're just taking it one step at a time" would work pretty well overall, /u/RidleySmith 's "When hell freezes over" only works with very few people and not, say, her mother. Solid advice though, thanks.

Nah, /u/secret_barber 's one and your "sappy crap" one don't contain any deception and are perfect for the mother.
