Most Americans I know love hearing foreign tongues as they are so exotic and we are not exposed to them (to a significant extent) in our schooling system. 2	Another proposed law would punish men accused of rape before an adjudication of guilt at trial While I find this proposal abhorrent and detestable in the extreme, did anyone else think that the title was a tad verbose? But that's just a superficial criticism; it would be a travesty if this legislation were to be passed. In its nascent form, it really only screws taxi drivers...but if passed, it might become more pervasive, possibly spreading to other jobs concerned with public services.
