This is a new opportunity to change your life around. This is going to be a rough and tough time. But if you grind through it and use it to make yourself better you’ll come out the other end in top. Start working out as hard as you can. The gym hone workout whatever but hit it hard. Those workouts will become your best friend. Do all the stuff these guys tell you regarding the divorce but also start managing your life to create a new you. This is an opportunity don’t waste it. If you’re ever suf…

Same boat here, it hurt a ton too. Luckily I hit the gym like crazy forced myself to be more social and now I’m getting regular dates. Still working in myself and still have a long way to go. Just know that now you’re wife is stuck with that person in some way or another forever.

I’m a year out from my split with my ex and I still struggle. I can completely empathize with you and I know what its like. I still have suicidal thoughts as well. In my year things have gone up and down and they go in waves. I start to become hopeful and focused and disciplined and then this covid shit fucked up my employment outlook. Recently i started falling back into depression. Sleeping all day, masturbating and doing nothing. Lifting weights has been my one discipline I haven’t given up. …

Really feel this. It's been close to a year since my divorce began and I still think about her every day. I had a good run for a bit and now with this quarantine I think about her and the man she left me for all the time. I have to refocus and get myself back to doing the things that helped in the first place, meditation and exercise. They really are so cruel when they move on so easily.

God I pray for the day that I reach the place you’re at. I struggle so much to be alone and I long for the comfort of having a woman in my bed. I’m well aware that this is a problem and I’m working to get over this. Its great to hear someone else who’s gotten there.

I felt really lonely on Valentines day and kept thinking about my ex wife sleeping with her boyfriend. Its hard I know what you’re going through. I’ve been meditating up to three times a day. I think it helps but yeah its tough.

It's not mental illness. We as men weren't taught how to be husbands. Everything we thought we did right is exactly what killed our marriage. I had to learn this the hard way. My wife left me 7 months ago and I was crushed. I still have a lot of pain but I got to reading and learned a lot of hard truths. I had dedicated my life to our marriage and never thought that it would lead to my wife wanting to fuck the Zumba teacher but it did. As I write this I feel the pain. I began by reading the side…

She has the yes meditation in the videos. I keep a picture if my ex with her new boyfriend in a folder and when I’m feeling down I look at it and start the yes meditation. At first I cried intensely. Over the last few weeks the pain is less each time as the emotions come out.

Made me teary eyed. I know what its like this morning I woke up and the pain in my chest is there of just feeling she’s gone and there’s another man sleeping with her and I’m alone. I drank last night and I feel this way every time I’m hungover. I continue to try and better myself because its all I can do but I can definitely empathize with your feelings.

I’m 7 months out from a similar situation. I still get anxiety attacks when I think of her with the douchebag she’s with. Every day is a challenge and every day is just a tiny bit easier. My ex wife leaving me forced me to look inward to figuring out what was going on with me that she could so easily turn on me. There are some very difficult emotional issues and behaviors that I ignored while I was married. I’m starting to recognize them and I want to fix them now. I might’ve continued to ignore…

I feel you 100%. I struggle every day to not think about my wife. I’m moving into my new apartment right now and I should be excited instead I’m thinking about her and she’s not thinking about me at all. Its really cruel and we think we get married for life and it turns out women really don’t. DM me if you wanna talk I’m six months into the process and we’ve already signed our final divorce papers.

I totally feel you. My wife and I were together for 11 years and now she’s in love with the Zumba teacher. Its ridiculous but I’m also conscientious that I was failing as a man for along time. I was depressed because I was a nice guy (see Robert Glover’s No More Mr Nice Guy) I didn’t pursue what I wanted to pursue instead I did what I needed to support her. Big mistake she ended up creating an amazing career for herself making her body better and leaving me for the zumba teacher. It hurt me so m…

Thank you. Yes I’m full on no contact and won’t be checking in on her in any way. Our divorce is finalized . Yesterday I had lunch with a psychotherapist friend who had me do an exercise that made me start crying intensely but soon afterwards I calmed down and I really felt better. This person explained so many things about me that continue to help me understand myself I wish I had recorded the conversation. This person told me she was really excited for me because she believed that I was exhibi…

Is there any value in telling her I know and telling her she was an unfaithful piece of shit? I hate that she tried to hide this and thinks I don’t know.

Yeah, looking forward to rebuilding myself. Lifting is my religion now and my career is also my number one. I hate that women don’t love us the way we do but I will never forget that after what I went through in these last 6 months.

I want to accept all of this, I just didn’t expect such a physical reaction. I almost feel sick. I slept 3 hours last night and I just vomited bile. Gonna go grocery shooting and try to get moving.

I teared up when I read your comment. One of the things I’ve learned is how much men need each other to be emotional with. And that its ok to lean on each other. Good luck on your path if its not too late I hope you can save your marriage. Either way feel free to message me.
