Harassment goes on if the management allows it or even worse, takes part. She was a shit manager, as simple as that. You can see straight away she not only didn't know how to manage individuals but also didn't have an idea about finances. Her company was condemned from the very first day. To me it reads like she had some good industry knowledge and possibly industry skills but didn't have a clue how to run a business.

I definitely had an agenda 😁. "One gender" only spaces, with small exceptions like toilets, are a thing from fifties, not from XXI century. Only place I still have seen these in existence was a very religious Muslim country. And I certainly prefer these places to be confined to the fifties, ultra religious skansens and wet dreams of ultra conservatives, which is the thought I sincerely dedicate to the OP.
