| 2 | Consent order question (UK)Ah. Maybe because we've got kids and a house and all that jazz it needs it. To be honest my solicitor was all for hanging her out to dry on stuff but rather than pay for that we settled on 5050 for everything and a promise not to go after each others money in the future. | /r/Divorce_Men | 21/03/23 09:07 PM |
| 1 | Consent order question (UK)Divorce in the UK now has to have a consent order. You have to complete it after the 20 weeks but it is better to get it done before. I suggest you write it yourself, agree with her what goes in then send to a solicitor. Mine cost just under a grand. | /r/Divorce_Men | 21/03/23 07:42 PM |
| 1 | Divorce process started today. UKThanks. I think you're right about the fear of failure. I know once all is said and done that I'll be in a better place but right now it's weighing on me. | /r/Divorce_Men | 09/03/23 06:52 AM |
