Lifting helps more so with the confidence in your appearance that gives you the mentality that you are entitled to an HB8 for example. From my experience IOI are ideal but not necessary. As a British guy in America for the past 4 months; it will help you a lot. The accent and being attractive puts you in the top 20%.
