1	I am weak, feeble and utterly lost. The next time she pulls a stunt, imagine having a conversation with her, face to face. She calmly says to you "Hi, ive just pulled a stunt. The reason I did this is because I know it will piss you off or hurt you in some way. I do this to take to your power away from you and make it my own in some way."... She is gona do her, when you realise and accept this you understand that you have no control over her or what she does. You do have control over yourself though. Try and focus on what you can control and look to examine your thoughts. The pain is in the thinking and how you view the situation, that part is always self made.
