In the UK it's called 'old Labour' it's seen as the opposite of 'new Labour'. New Labour is seen as a catch all term for not working class, university educated, champagne socialists. These people know fuck all about being working class and the Labour party is only now beginning to realise that without the working class, their political party crumbles. (Inb4 muh equality: there's actually more to new Labour than I've mentioned but I could go on forever)
