Women can and most often will change over time. What you think you marry right now can change into a harpy, especially after giving birth and getting into the "mommy" mode. Men very seldom change during their lifetime, barring some mental disease. Keep that in mind. Also, a prenup will not protect you against child support. My brain farted an idea in this respect: We need a law that says that any person who owes child support qualifies for preferential treatment when it comes to employment. Any large-scale employer who does not satisfy a quota of, say, having 10% of their workforce paying child support should fined a set amount per day of non-compliance. The logic of this would be to allow the non-custodial parents to comply with their court-ordered child support payment.
