There is no evidence to suggest that feminism is to blame. For the Islamic State? No. For the utter disregard of male life displayed by the Western press? I think that's pretty much all on feminism. Western thinking on gender (especially in the mass media) is entirely shaped by feminism.

Did it not occur to you that men perpetrated these crimes? Low-status men are both the targets and the weapons. Women are (relatively) shielded and the wealthy (including a small number of high-status men) benefit. That's the traditional model, which feminism reinforces.

Many gender disparities that affect men (higher suicide rate, lower life expectancy, cultural normalization of male genital mutilation etc.) all pre-date feminist progress. The idea that feminism isn't responsible for men's problems because they existed before feminism did is based on the assumption that modern feminism is significantly different from the misandry which existed before feminism. I don't believe it really is.

There's lots of research, but the results are all over the place. It's almost impossible to eliminate researcher bias and it's very difficult to accurately identify false reports. The better studies tend to have small sample sizes from specific populations, which means you probably can't generalize them to the population at large. Meanwhile, there are lots of people cherry-picking statistics which support their political agenda and promoting them irresponsibly.

The problem, I think, is that femiism has already claimed equal rights as it's 'territory', so any egalitarian group is going to be flooded with feminists who say that egalitarianism and feminism are the same thing. Yes, statutory rape should be a crime. Sex without consent should be a crime and children can't consent because they lack the capacity to make an informed choice. The problem is that your state has a strangely high age of consent, no provisions for the common scenario of two teenagers dating each other and a legal system which discriminates against males.
