But a vast majority of pregnancies do not fall within those cases. whoever signs the birth certificate must first do a paternity test. No test, no parental right. There women have their own championships (though with less money involved as they dont get the same viewerships and such) while anyone can enter the mens tournaments, which are way more prestigious and lucrative.
