Male Genital Mutilation should require consent.It's a quite touchy subject really, on one hand one have the constitutional religious freedom (i do believe it's constitutionalised in most western countries) on one hand and on the other hand that people should only do what they feel like with their own bodies (likewise constitutionalised in most western countries i believe).
