Hmm, I read this Mastery book once, and it had some parts about homeostasis. Something about some normal equilibrium (don't think that word was in there, just wanted to write it to sound smart). And it works kinda like this. If you sit in the couch all day, a total slob. And then try to go for a jog, it'll be brutal, the body will think something is really wrong, and it'll want things to go back to normal, so you'll get REALLY exhausted, almost painful, or mentally you'll get poopt.
