3	Inner confidence The key to inner confidence for me was starting martial arts. Getting choked out an submitted completely trumps anything else that will make you anxious or nervous in your everyday life. Competition is healthy. Meditate and train hard. The Gracie family is a huge inspiration for me. Good post, worked at an Outback for 3 years before getting a landscaping job and it is definitely taxing. Teaches you social skills. Without being charming or socially adept as a server it's tough. 8	Why are musicians usually so feminine? Depends on the music, man. Also depends on how you define masculinity. Artists such as Jimmy Page, Hendrix, and Clapton are guitar virtuosos, and I find them very masculine. Being a musician myself I admire that mastery because reaching that level of guitar playing is extremely difficult and takes a lot of commitment and hard-work.
