To be honest most cooperations don't even remotely care about feminism, BLM, or any of this nonsense. They are just using them to promote their own products/interests to sell to show how woke they are. So, what if the guy is high value and meets the 666 rule. Has a 6 figure income, 6 pack/low body fat, and is 6 feet tall. Like how they all preach on how they want this "high-value guy"? I mean, I get told on a regular basis that 5'10 is short. Even now, I'm 5'11.5 in shoes. 5'10 is 178cm exactly for Americans who don't know metric. I honestly cant see how 5'10 is short.

Roomates isn't always in full supply, and worse case scenario they can't even pay rent and you can't evict them because you can't find anyone afford to rent. Again, I'm not from America. So, the rental laws may apply differently to where you are from. Agreed, roommates/tenants are a risky move. But, where, I'm from you can evict them for not paying rent. Agreed, but that's why you do criminal background checks, and that's why I would be very picky about what roommates/tenants, I have, or would choose. Background checking, reference checking, credit score checking, and a written contract into place, plus some type of insurance in case you get a terrible roommate or tenant that damages the property. Just a disclaimer, I'm not from the USA, but from a different country. Here are my own rules, I play by in life and think it's good for men in my age …

What about having a 15-year mortgage while renting it to roommates with stable incomes? Plus, if you are willing to work over time maybe 60-70 hours a week you could in theory pay off the house quicker. Maybe, I'm wrong?

Yeah, doesn’t surprise me plus I’m already htting the gym and working on my career plus learning more about finance and investing for my own goals gotten down from 23% to 19% body fat now after working out etc and will doing Mai Thai and mma as a side hobby:)

Yeah, that’s what, I hear now and kinda confirms my own original answer, I had. Sounds like I’m not missing out on much to be honest. If the majority of women are trying to chase the multimillionaire, 6ft, Chad male model, sports car guy with a 9 incher I honestly don’t know think it’s really worth even getting it into a relationship if that’s what women want.
