in the other, countless of regular people in dire need of medication are screwed over This was not what the case was about. It is irrelevant.

Glad to know you think gross negligence resulting in manslaughter warrants 90 days in jail. Even though ignorance should in no way be a defense to fire a .50 cal gun in the direction of another person because "he was holding a book tho". Didn't realize you were the same level of ignorant. I wouldn't have started the conversation if I knew. My mistake. I will let the judiciary know they no longer need to sentence drunk drivers because they didn't mean to crash into people.

Nope. That is what you are arguing. 90 days is an appropriate sentence for manslaughter. Glad you cleared that up.

That's what you are arguing. Agreeing to shoot in the direction of someone and then say "I didn't know that could happen! We tested it!" is not a defense.

Being ignorant of firearm safety is not a defense

At a foot distance a simple book is not stopping a round from a desert eagle. There is no if's and's or but's about it. You would need multiple phonebooks. You even said yourself that Matt did this with MULTIPLE REAMS OF PAPER to stop that caliber at that distance. I'm convinced he used a smaller caliber handgun that he owned to test it and then went and bought the desert eagle. She does deserve a harsher sentence. "It was an accident" is not a defense in a case like this. They violated multiple…

No, it didn't work before. I'm telling you as a someone with plenty of firearms experience. A simple book is not stopping a .50 cal out of a freakin desert eagle. From what I've read the guy owned multiple guns and showed her a book with a bullet it in to prove his point. I'm betting he used a significantly smaller caliber hand gun for the test. You can go on youtube and find multiple videos of people shooting paper and phonebooks with .50 caliber. Imagine a drunk driver saying "I tried it befor…

I never made any claim about anyone's character. I simply pointed out the fact was incorrect. The rate has dropped since and is almost back to where it was in the 1970s. You are getting worked up over nothing.

Funny how calling out the hypocrisy in both parties means I'm "defending" the republicans. You listed two things about corrupt republicans, so here's two about corrupt corporate democrats: DNC chair rigging primary against Bernie, and effectively causing the series of events that led us here. Multiple democrats voting against the Sanders-Klobuchar Amendment to healthcare. (An amendment that would heavily reduce the price of medication for the consumer) Corporate tools know no color. Actual progr…

Interfering with an officer of the law. She's antagonizing and distracting them from doing their job. All he did was to ask her to step aside.

You essentially explained the alt-right similarly with how they view SJW. Both sides are labeled by the other as slurs for race/sex/religion/creed and hated on. I don't expect much of a debate from you though as I see you're calling people homophobic slurs elsewhere in the tread.

REEEEE. Equality is a two way street. If you don't think women have privileges that men don't, then you're only advocating equality for one side. You essentially want all of the "fun stuff" and none of the drawbacks.

What arena has Schumer sold out? On top of that, when have comedians ever performed in arenas? It's usually clubs, performance halls, and casinos.
