You should try meditating and being aware of these negative thoughts towards yourself. This will dramatically lower your anxiety. As long as you have negative thought patterns, you will not get quality girls, it doesnt matter how hot you are. Work on yourself, your paradigms, beliefs and thoughts and you will see external results with women. Its easier said than done, but i was once in the same place as you.
