For sure. Whatever works for you, man. I just struggle with getting up. These classes this year are killing me and I'm staying up way too late every day trying to manage everything.

I also wake up ~2 hours or so before class. I used to go around 11pm at night, but this semester I lucked out and classes start at 10am every day for me, so I wake up at 8, hit the gym hard, get to the shower, and then head off to class. I skip breakfast every day. On my lifting/noncardio days I don't eat until around noon, where I go to the dining hall and just get a crapload of protein in. On cardio days I just don't eat until dinner. Saves money and I'm cutting anyways so it's a nice 24h fast…

I already have seen a therapist/psychologist and currently am prescribed SSRI's, but stopped taking them recently because I don't like how they affect me (fucked sex drive, excessive sweating, brain fog, weird sporadic fatigue, hard to pee, ya da ya da). I had similar experiences on SSRIs/SNRIs. Every single one had good benefits but killed me in other ways. If they're not cutting it for you, you could try an NDRI. Works on reuptake of dopamine rather than serotonin, so it works differently for …

You can make time for lifting. Telling yourself otherwise is just hamstering away, not taking it seriously. Lift. First thing in the morning. Get it out of the way, study your ass off and get those As. Lifting, if anything, will help you focus better when it comes to studying. Lifting and studies come first. Work your ass off on the week and let yourself loose on Fridays, Saturday nights. Anxiety or depression? Get that checked out by a campus doc if you can/want to. If you're not doing anything…

The other thing I want to try at least is to moonlight as something/consult on the side. With classes alone I'm putting way more than 40 hours/week into what I'm doing. Two grad-level classes taking 25+ hours a week at minimum, writing my thesis, and a part-time job add up. If I can keep the same form of discipline for just a couple of years early on I feel like the dividends will speak for themselves. Always forwards towards the mission.

M.Eng student right now and evaluating some different offers in the six figure range in low cost of living areas. At 22 years old, there's just something about the thought of paying off all my debt, living within my means, and being able to afford and pay off a house within a decade while maxing out employee matching, roth iras, and the like. I'm hype as fuck.

Seconding GSLP. GSLP is fun for me because even if I max out weight-wise and have to deload, I can always shoot for more max reps. I work better when I have that constant goal there. I've only been lifting for a little under a year, but I've seen good noob gainz while cutting fat pretty well while on it.

No. This will do more harm than good. Being fit is a lifestyle change, not something overnight. Lift a couple times a week, do some light cardio, try keto, don't allow yourself to snack, drink lots of water. Source: what I did to lose 55lb and counting.

I wanted her (my ex) to have to read about me in the newspaper. I decided that it would have to be a story of success and not an obituary. I decided I NEEDED to make as much of an impact on this world as possible.

Huh. This is interesting. From the parts of Latin America I lived in before immigrating to the US with my parents, the name changing isn't a thing, and typically everyone has two last names. Your first is your father's first and your second is your mother's first. Do you have your grandfather's first last name from both sides. Truthfully I've found that I personally wouldn't care, but the fact that I would think less of a man who married to someone who didn't change their name means I'd still pu…

Bud I've been in your same position. Down to the letter almost. I was her first and we had four great years of a redpill relationship. Turns out she was cheating on me while I was in the ER one day a week before we were going on vacation. This is a girl who everyone sees as a saint, but AWALT. Emphasis on ALL.

Love my mom, but I call her out when she starts to emotionally manipulate to get her way. I basically apply dread in the sense that I only spend a couple weeks a year back home from uni, and I don't want to remember those weeks by her complaining. Works like a fucking charm. In terms of holding me back... Probably the whole dating advice and such. We're immigrants from Latin America so my dad raised me pretty redpill but I was a little bitch and didn't always take his advice. Now I'm in college …

What diet changes did you make? Do you have a link to somewhere to read about it you'd recommend?

It's not any different here at MIT. But hey, just gotta put up with this shit and I'll reap the rewards of being a shitlord with good grades in a year or two. It's a shame that no campus is safe from this shit.

You did right. Keep no contact, delete anything of her. As far as you know she's dead and not part of your life anymore. I too study my ass off and felt lost without being able to talk to my ex after a hard day of work but believe me. If I was able to get past when I was still BP, you got this.

Ok yeah I had a suspicion I was just hamstering. And the girls aren't better, I'd say if anything they're worse but that's just from my experience. I know there are no tricks to the game, it's not something to be avoided but to be taken as a challenge. I just turned 21 so that opens my avenues up a bit more to game across without shitting where I eat. could die a virgin like some famous scientist Yeah fuck that there's no joy to life in that. Guess I needed a little wake-up call. Cheers.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
