I'm pretty confident in my form, and it was the result of 9 months of lifting consistently, so I think it's relatively believable, I doubt most people get that far. My chest looks pretty much the same though, which is frustrating. Maybe it'a diet thing or because I was doing 3x5? Or possibly my genetics, idk, but my chest refuses to grow.
