I've been at this for some time now, and I can tell you that I've battled my fair share of anger. Here's what I can tell you: anger gets you no where; but you know that. What you don't know is how to get rid of it. This is your project; your mission. You have to figure out what you're missing in your life that makes you feel better about you. Sex isn't the answer. Sex is a relief or a reward (a reward from you, not her). It doesn't make you feel better about yourself. Find what makes you happier…

This right here X1000. What you should have done when she rejected you was have outcome independence. "No problem. I've got to run up to the office. I'll be back later." Peck on the cheek and a see you later. Nothing spiteful, childish, or hateful. You took nuclear terrorism to a whole new level.

That I could totally get behind. More the AskMRP option; but totally cutting everyone off because you don't feel like they are up to your level is going to result in a few guys circle jerking to each other's posts, rather than welcoming in the new. Say the word and we will start an AskMRP sub and start working on growing that community.

I understand wanting to make sure the posts here are more quality posts; however, this group has always been a place for people to find guidance. If you alienate half of the people on here because you're sick of having to point the new guys in the right direction, you're preventing the new crop from forming. It's like a farmer saying "only healthy full grown fruit producing trees are welcome on my farm. All saplings and young trees will be removed." After one generation you're left with nothing.…

And... You both can go fuck yourselves. It's got quality because it's important to see improvement. I don't do shit to make you happy, I do it because it makes me happy.

I don't even want love and support; I want common sense. Or at least just an understanding of "He's right, pretty much all of the time." For example, we got into a fight last night over her comment of "You keep making decisions and not including me." Me: "Name one. Name one 'decision' that I have ever made without your feedback? Even small shit, name one!" Her: "Well it's the attitude that you have of 'I take all the information in. then make a decision'" Me: "That is bullshit, and you know it. …

I'm actually the cook of the family (to the tune of 10/15 meals to her 1) and when the kids say they like my cooking, she does the same type of thing. But she has like 4 things she can "cook". When this happens, I feel like a lion picking on a cub. I just let her talk her shit. Everyone knows whose the cook of the house, and it sure as hell isn't her.

And I get what you're saying, and that is where the anger comes from.

I would agree that most of the anger I have right now is not directly based on what she's doing right that second, it's based on the years of her "not getting it." I'm extremely logical, and everything i do, I have thought out; so when she questions me on stupid shit, like yesterday when I put a lemon wedge from my glass down on the table (I didn't order it, and everyone who did order it had one), she flipped out and said "why would you do something so stupid. Xxxx needs a lemon". Excuse me? He …

BPP is exactly right, so listen to him. I only want to add one thing: the reason she thinks you're mad is because you're either acting like a butt hurt child, or your OI game is seriously lacking. What I have personally learned is that if I don't watch it, my OI looks like a butt hurt child. She does something, and I go read, or lift, and I'm still negative inside. Then when she confronts me about what I've been doing, she picks up on that negativity. So to counter that, I have to take the stoic…

This is one of the books that I highly recommend, and you are correct, it does take a lot of discipline to do something like this, but isn't that what we preach? Here is a video that will help you guys on your way: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qo7vUdKTlhk

You and every man on this sub. My dad was captain Blue Pill, and it took me weeks to admit that to myself when I first swallowed TRP. He was a great person, and had good intentions as a father; but he did not do me any favors as a man. Not a crutch, just a fact.

I stumbled across a site that does a fair job of ranking supplements for how good they are based on appropriate criteria. I highly suggest going and checking this place out when getting ready to order your supplements: https://labdoor.com/rankings They have everything that you need there from Multivitamins to Protein.

That's good. It's also a good chance to teach your son how to stick it out and work through the hard spots. Good father son bonding time.

As most people who have been doing this will tell you: if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. If you are going to do this, go into it with a plan. "I'm gonna wing it" mentality will last 2 weeks. Then you get tired of it. I used Kris Gethin's DTP exercise (there's a free app that has all the exercises for smart phones, just search for DTP). I do 6 days a week rather than 7 days a week, so I double up some of the workouts into 1 big one. I also am not killing extra cardio between sets to keep my …

I don't remember how I found it. I think just stumbling around on reddit. I don't think he will ever run across the site as he's no redditor. Also, he's my business partner, not my boss. But it's important to me that i make sure he needs to regain control of his life.

I've let him complain more than I should lately; but his wife is pregnant (was), and I didn't want to rub it in that I had gone from once to twice a month sex to every other day. He didn't need that kind of motivation. I've since started talking about it, and I'm not holding it back anymore. So he will start asking questions.

If my wife pulled a knife on me, she's going to the ground pretty quickly. That's step one. Once the knife is out of the picture I might reconsider letting her up, but no promises. But the real story is what's next. I'm leaving her for damn sure. You're not going to pull a knife on me, and me not leave. And that's just the knife. All that other disrespectful, bat shit crazy crap she pulls is just lawyer fodder. As many others have said, go buy a home DVR set and record all of this shit, then lab…

And, you basically looked like a butt hurt kid acting like that. A better solution would have been to walk in and say, "(parent-in-laws), it's been a wonderful evening, and I hate to cut it short, but I need to get home and pack. So if you would excuse us, we will be going now." (Turn and look at wife). The point is to be firm and alpha.

Uhhh, fuck no. Rule number one when trying to understand women, don't listen to what they are saying. Well... Rule number one should be "don't try to understand women", but the point is, don't use what they say in your decision process. Look at what they do, and use that.

Pro Tip (just learned): when you have it read highlighted things from Sex God Method, be sure and turn off the "Hey Siri" commands. Every few sentences: "Spank her. Spank her hard. This area..." BEEP BEEP "Dam It Siri" Beep "I'm sorry, I do not understand" Now I also turned on page read, where you slide down two fingers from the top and it just reads it to you; and for whatever reason, Siri didn't care about that.

I've been hearing this a lot lately, to which I reply "well I've never been happier" "How can you be happy right now?" "I'm no longer bitter and angry at you all the time, for one. So when you say hateful crap like that, it doesn't set me off." (Hamster ignition sequence has commenced) Or when she asks "how can you be happy right now?" "I don't let your emotional roller coaster derail me anymore." Or "I've unhitched myself from your emotional crazy train." I've said all of these things, and all …

Should I take control of MY family There... Fixed that for you. The answer is of course yes. But to extend that to "what does yes look like?" You should drive the solutions, and let her sort out the details. I'm the CEO of three companies. I make decisions that affect a lot of people. I'm not sitting down making every single decision for everything that happens all the time, that's why I hire smart people to assist me. Marriage is the same thing. This is the absolute truth. You have NOTHING to be ashamed of. This is not a "tricking" your wife into sleeping with you manual, this is a "stop being a pussy, and be a man" manual. Read it with conviction. If she doesn't like it, tell her not to read it. She is not there to give her approval for everything you do. For that matter, ANYTHING you do.

Giving her some emotions was what I was talking about. I'm not going to dump my stress on her. I just want to give her some "feels" every now and then. I'll have to work on AM. Right now it's coming out as raging smart ass. Mainly because I am a smart ass, so I have to change that persona, and then I need to fix my delivery. Thanks for the input.

I too had an unexpected physical set back. I've been training Jiu Jitsu everyday for years, and recently, due to a running incident, have developed quadriceps tendonitis in my left knee. It's caused me to stop training jiu jitsu all together. But rather than get stale, I researched how to do strength training to improve my knee function. It's hard to tell today if it's doing any good, but I'm glad I'm not letting little things deter me. My weakness Larry has been showing emotions to my wife. I'v…

So according to this, my wife is now a level 0, and can never climb out of that level, and I need to next her. Well that was a short game. While I see that he said this is just a model, and we should adopt or take away whatever we want to from this, it would take an entire rewrite of this article to apply to married life. We don't have the advantage of having multiple plates, fwb, girlfriends, or anything else. We have a nagging shrill harpy that we have to try how to turn into a sex hungry wife…

Perhaps we should adopt a policy of "when asking for direction and advice, rather than say 'here's what you should have done', we say 'here's a book/blog you should read, pay attention to chapter 4'". A sort of "we can point you in the right direction, but I'm not here to give you the answer." Remember your 10th grade English teacher? Yeah... that.

I understand your concept; however, tires don't have hamsters running around inside them making them crazy. If you check in on your wife's phone, she's already thinking "he's worried I'm cheating on him." Besides, there's a core concept to nascar racing, and that is "if you watch the wall, you're going to hit it. " if you're checking in on your wife, you're not paying attention to what you need to worry about, and that's keeping your shit in line. I can't see how openly checking your wife's phon…

I disagree with you on checking your wife's texts or phone. If you do that, you're giving her power. You're saying "I don't trust you, I'm scared you're cheating, or I'm afraid something's going on". If you're trying to hold frame, you shouldn't care what she's doing on the side; you steer your own ship, she can either right her ship, or fuck off. Acting like the scared beta checking her phone just gives her power. I've done this in my own marriage. My wife constantly checks my phone for evidenc…

Do you have kids? If not, do you have a dog? Either one works for this example. Both, when chased, will run away. And both, if turned and walked away from, second guess their decision and return home. I'm not saying that if you walk away now, that she will follow; however, you need to keep this lesson in mind for your next relationship, if this one does fall. Know this, your wife is most likely doing this to walk because you're not being man enough. Men don't grovel and sulk. Lift on and move on…

If you want to always be closing, you've got to play all sides of the game. So sending her text messages that get that motor started for you... It works. And it sends it to me first to approve. Version 1 just sent it strait to her, and I learned real fast that doing that was a mistake. So there are days I don't send anything, and days I send it through.

I own a web hosting business with a cluster of servers. I'm also gifted in web programming and design. If it came down to it, I could have a site spun up inside a day. Paid or not paid makes no difference to me. I've hosted multiple sites I'm interested in for years at no cost. All I would ask for are good admins to keep the crap out. First things first: what platform do we want to move to? My first thought would be a message board. Something to create different channels like MRP, TRP, RPW, and …

"Look at that normal, non bat shit crazy, wife... I wish I had one". (Don't actually say that; it's just the first thing that popped into my head when I read that comment.) You need to ask yourself: Do I want to put up with this for the rest of my life? Because it sounds like you're either not alpha enough for her to respect you, or she's so bat shit crazy that she's always going to misbehave like this. Outcome independent actions is the best thing you can do here. Put that lawyer option in your back pocket for now, go full steam ahead in the OI world, and see what changes. But you have to live it. You can't fake outcome independence. You have to actually believe it. Tell her "me and Brandon are going to eat at Chilis at 6 if you want to join us." Then leave it. She may respond: "Do you want me to come" (loyalty test; just ignore it). "I don't get off work till 5" (shit test, ignore it) "Someon…

I've read it (audiobook) twice now; and it was as if he was writing the book about me. At times I didn't agree with some of the things that he said, but 90%+ he was dead on. You suggested we all answer this, so here you go. You mentioned in an earlier post that your wife has been known to fawn over movie stars and the likes. Tell me, do you earn movie star wages? Very good wages? Average? Below average? I own two successful businesses I created from the ground up. Both have about 20 high skilled full time employees, which puts our payroll just north of $1 million a year. My paycheck is 5Xs what my wife's is. She's the one who shuts down. And no, I don't build anything up during her period, because she is very anti-anything during her period. And I would say the same thing about her not thinking about it; however, on more than one occasion she has brought sex up, and said things to the effect of "sorry..." But then in the same breath will ask questions like "Why are you so grumpy?"

After tonight's script; it's definitely loyalty testing. I went and signed up for a membership at a boxing club, and she asked me when I was going to start. I said Monday. She said what time. 5:30. "So I'm just suppose to rearrange my whole life because you want to start working out with your friend?" I kept my frame and ignored her. The subject changed, and I knew there would be a round two. Sorry to hear about that. Thank you; however, I am not sorry at all to find this out. It's kind of like finding out that these pains you have been having for years are all caused by this one curable thing. Now you just have to do whatever it takes to get rid of that thing. What the hell (started sex moratorium for 3 months) Why ???? That is a long story, and I'll make it as short as I can. This all began with the feeling that I needed to be a better person. I stumbled across TRP from some x-post in another sub I was in. I started reading, and liked what I saw, but didn't know how this applied to married men (at the time I didn't know about this sub). I did, however, start going down the road of making myself into a better person. Part of my issue was masterbation …

I have very similar situations to what you're going through, I'm just four weeks in front of you. Four weeks ago I started the self improvement. That led me to the sex issues real fast. I stumbled upon /r/nofap, and decided I had to stop all the masterbation. I also decided at that time to do hard mode. That means no sex, no masterbation, no edging. It means you have to take control of everything to fix that issue. When I started, it was hard. But when my wife came around to fooling around one n…
