2	Daily reminder to hit the gym. It makes people respect you. 5'10" started at 120. Due to bodybdismorphia I still feel exactly the same at 165. I know logically, that I am getting bigger, but I still feel like a tiny man. The shame is real, and what is worse is that it is a one way street. I've had several butterbeasts call me all kinds of insults like its no big deal, but if I put them in their place, and called them out for being massive it would be a problem.	/r/TheRedPill	08/07/15 05:09 PM
