A lot of places around where I'm at won't id as long as you don't order alcohol(the ones that also serve food), and some just plain don't id. That is a sneaky way to go about things and not something i would suggest. I imagine a good alternative are things like cafes, concerts, and 18+ club nights, should keep you going.
