If you're at or under 30 I'd think going over 20k/yr is overkill anyways don't worry about it. Different though if you're older and "catching up" Like most retirement/FIRE advice it does mostly amount to "make more money" Good luck out there!

I believe the traditional IRA is where you pay taxes later when withdrawing. The Roth IRA is where you pay taxes now, but not later when withdrawing. Basically the same as the two 401k types I described in my post, but you can do them as additional retirement investing if you want. They're also for people that can't get a 401k through their job for whatever reason. I think the limit for investing in an IRA (Individual Retirement Account) is low; like 6 or 7k; vs. the 401k which is almost 20k.

"It's just that legal marriage is a diabolical leverage game in the United States. Devoid of religious significance or the idea of love; marriage is nothing but an awful contract that you shouldn't sign. You start out loving each other and then two years later you're building a case against one another." --Dave Chappelle https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=arl3Jzkp3s4 I don't know how western men are still so asleep. 3 close friends of mine are either married this past year or getting married this y…

I am old school This is a meaningless phrase now a days. If you were old school you wouldn't date a girl that's not a virgin. You wouldn't have pre-marital sex. You would be a man with a fucking back bone. As any user on this sub knows; being "old school" or "traditional" for men just means you let women walk all over you; even if they're sluts with no respect for you. It's not "old school" at all; it's just being a giant pussy. "Old school" guys would never date or fraternize with a slut, and t…

Yeah it's definitely better to invest in real estate if you can stomach the risk of tenants (or have the skills to flip houses). Precious metals aren't much of an investment IMO; they tend to keep pace with inflation for the most part. A good thing to have though. Yeah if society full on collapses (which is what would happen if the US dollar goes full Weimar Deutschmark) then I'll probably die anyways so I'm not worried about it. I do not have the 10k rounds of ammo needed to fend off the horde.

Shit you're almost certainly right. Crap I'm like 50k into the Roth 401k option. Sunk cost fallacy has me.

Yeah you make a good point. I ought to diversify MUCH more. I have no crypto, gold/silver/etc., and no income other than my W-2 wagie money. It would be nice to start my own business but I'm not a risk taker.

Normalfags (and especially Redditfags) can't admit they're wrong. They know it on a deep level, but a post like this stirs them in an uncomfortable way because it is SO TRUE and reveals how badly they have been DUPED. People like to feel smart so they'd rather ban the truth and pretend they didn't make a SOCIETY DESTROYING MISTAKE by aligning themselves with the Modern Left™

I live in a very small US city (east coast), and I don't see any difference. As others have said I see the opposite. When out and about I see average looking women (or worse) with good or very good looking men. I still never really see the reverse of a good looking woman "dating down." As we all know women would rather die alone and unloved than date down even a little bit. The MGTOW uprising (like the prole uprising from 1984) will never happen. The vast majority of people will never successful…

Yeah I think you're mostly right. I'd attribute marriage rates dropping/divorce rates rising to people not getting along anymore (to put it nicely). I'd guess less than 5% of men over 30 live a MGTOW lifestyle on purpose. Most probably just think "I'm not marrying the shite that's on offer." Funnily enough the women feel the same way.

Such a great clip. Shows how long this has gone on, and shows how easily a good woman can be convinced "she deserves more" (whatever that means); and ruin both her and her husband's lives over nothing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cq8nUyO-0SY

Yeah generally if the girl isn't interested in pursuing you then she's not gonna be fun to date or interact with. She thinks she's doing you a favor by gracing you with her time. You can have a girl that's not really interested in you, but would rather not be alone and get this; or you can hold out for a girl that actually wants to get to know you and pursues you. The problem being for like 80% of men that scenario will never happen. Game's rigged; don't play.

Sorry pallio I can't find it. Was a satisfying read though I would've liked to read it again. I saw it crossposted (via screenshot) to this sub a good 6-12 months ago. Tried searching: site:reddit.com/r/relationship_advice female dating strategy site:reddit.com/r/relationship_advice fds on Google and found nothing. If you search fds/female dating strategy on the Reddit search for this sub you'd get too many results lol. Also I dunno maybe it wasn't relationship_advice after all.

Lol imagine being so shameless and without pride that your goal in life is to leech off of someone who loves you. I hope to be financially independent one day and not have to work. I would likely not work once I could, but I feel there's a large difference between: I worked for many years to build wealth and am now financially independent; and don't have to work VS. I married a high earner and am more than happy to spend money that comes from my spouse's sweat.

On this website if you say "Women have an easier time getting laid/having sex than men." The Redditor retards will disagree and call you an incel for saying it. It's a UNIVERSALLY ACCEPTED TRUTH everywhere in the world, but Redditors think you're a filthy misogynist for pointing it out. I even tried to meet in the middle and say "I'm talking just about sex; not about dating/companionship." Nope; still downvoted and called an incel, whatever lol. Also it fails IRL (of course). I saw a post on relationship_advice (or one of those cucked subs), and the guy was in college and dating a girl who kept going on about how the guy is low value and doesn't offer her anything special. He either caught on himself or she said she goes to FDS; he went to check it out and saw how horrible it was. Well.... He dumped her; and even the cucks on relationship_advice recommended he do so because it's insanely unacceptable behavior even to a blue pill. Good l…

When I said to friends "yeah it's just annoying to me that basically none of the best chess players are women and yet of course the mainstream chess series that's popular has a girl as the 'badass chess master'" My friends looked at me like I had two heads. Yeah this is what demotivates me the most. That guy is very handsome; looks like he's in great shape; and looks like he's probably pretty tall too. He's with such a fucking average looking girl. Those girls are everywhere and that's what he was able to pull? No hope for someone like me lol. See it all the time too; a friggin' Adonis that's with some 6/10 girl that's decent but nothing special.

Seen this kind of story a few times; what a bummer. Even if you do marry a virgin and treat her well, she's gonna see all the strange dick her friends are getting and be envious. It will eventually result in this same story where she feels like she had her "youth stolen"; and leaves her husband (forsaking her marriage) just to get strange dick. There is no winning. Marry at 20 so she can leave you at 30; or marry a used up whore at 30 like a retard. GYOW!

That is a thing btw. I believe it's called dirty 30's and refers to how women know subconsciously that they're about to hit menopause and become unable to have more kids; so they're really horny all the time and wanna sleep around/cheat. I would argue it's less about having another kid before menopause hits, and more about getting some good dick before old age hits and noone wants to fuck 'em anymore, but either way the effect on women is the same.

I would say more importantly we have too many able-bodied, fighting age young men that have NO ACCESS to sex or relationships. Many sexually frustrated fighting age men tends to not bode well for society at large. Almost like there was a reason for the Old Ways™

I consider preselection the term for the phenomena where women find any man more attractive if they are already with a woman. Of course the more attractive the woman, the more attractive the man appears to other women. What you're talking about just sounds like the "keeping up with the Joneses" mentality that plagues women now a days. I hate to be "this guy" but while it definitely seems worse with women; plenty of men play the "who has shinier toys" game as well.

? That's how women talk. Never heard the phrase "men think, women feel"? If your point was "best way to identify a woman, and thus a disingenuous person, is using 'I feel' often", then fair enough; but I don't think that was your intention.

I think a lot of women are ready to be actually good homemakers if you can support them such that they don't have to work; it's just that the level of income for one man supporting a family used to be accessible to some majority of people (at least 50% if not 70-80%). Nowadays making enough to support a wife and kids means you're likely in the top 10-20% of earners (in the US at least). Sometimes it seems the real problem is many middle class women in the 60s/70s and on had to (and still have to…

This is true though why is everyone in this thread pretending it's not? Guys hide a fat girlfriend and show off a hot one. Guys pursue hot women primarily because they wanna bang them, but let's not pretend guys don't also wanna show off their girlfriends. Admittedly I don't know guys that get defensive about it; the few guys I knew that dated hot bitchy women were more than happy to endure the bitchiness in exchange for having a hot gf to bone (and show off). "If you wanted to go you would have found a sitter. I don't have time for this." Actually good, clear, and to the point. I'm so used to these stories having a spineless wimp in them. He didn't do her job for her (getting a sitter); so that means he "doesn't want her to go." He reminded her it's her responsibility to take care of and she got upset lol. I dunno man nobody in my IRL life knows I think women are all vultures preying upon men's resources and it seems to be a lot better that way lol. Drop what little nudges you can when you can about marriage, dating, etc... but hiding your power level is important if you wanna hang out with normies, and generally you will if you want any kind of happy life.

I'd recommend you never post that sort of thing attached to your real name. Shitpost politically on Reddit or wherever with some anonymous account; move accounts every so often and don't mention too many personal details. Yeah as someone else said it's envy. Women are never happy, and certainly aren't when enjoying simple things in life like a good movie or time with friends. They see men truly enjoying their lives and each others' company and it pisses them off because they don't "get it". They don't understand how men can be so happy with "nothing" (like women making fun of men who are happy with an apartment that only has a chair and a tv in it).

Women can choose whether to kill your child or put you on the hook for support for life. Men's sperm is essentially public domain as soon as it leaves their body. This sperm also carries consequences (whether you're more worried about the abortion or being a parent is up to you). Sucks if there are boys and men out there that don't realize this. I'm sure many have been burned by girls that got abortions or on the other side of things "forgot to take their birth control", and got pregnant knowing…

Lol another trainwreck of a post where I'm cringing at the title alone and it somehow gets exponentially worse with each paragraph. If you work and your wife doesn't and you support her; then her job is housewife and you don't cook or clean anything. If she doesn't either, then you tell her to. If she still doesn't, then "fire" her from her role and get a divorce. If only there were some kind of system where people were considered innocent until proven guilty. As with all shitty modern art there's no thought or meaning behind it. It's just "look we did the opposite to 'question' the original narrative." Friendly reminder that Scott Adams (author/creator of Dilbert) worked very hard in his white collar job for years. He was passed over for promotion (despite his employers admitting he deserved it) twice because... you guessed it; he is a white male. This chart shows clearly that women can't into math. They more or less cannot come to simple conclusions in the same way the male chart defaults to a near perfect bell curve. Girls think 80% of guys are below the 50th percentile; what a joke.

To paraphrase someone else: This chart shows how women can't into math. The male chart is a near perfect bell curve; and the women's chart doesn't make any sense. (As the post points out; 80% of men being below average just doesn't add up) I think about it in a different way and say this is more a general proof of how women can't properly reason things out; as almost a base to build off of if you had to try and prove that women can't make decisions or think properly.

You're kind of just not getting it by making fun of that section. Nathan For You is all about awkward uncomfortable humor; and in that section he finally pointed that spotlight on himself and made fun of his own awkwardness and inability to talk to women. The funny thing is this is technically the safest route. Avoid women and sex to avoid alimony/false accusations/etc. Technically you can be accused of false accusations regardless, but if you're stealth wealth and not flashy women probably won't bother since they'd have nothing to gain.

Yeah really goes to show how lazy most women are that they're often unwilling to take the risk of vetting a guy themselves; and would much rather steal one that already has been vetted by another woman. Not to mention I am sure almost everyone here has been frustrated by the women that start to flock and flirt only when you're NOT single.

I'd say they can give out affection, but it's never really genuine. It's done FOR something short or long term. If that's what you meant, then I apologize for needlessly splitting hairs. It's a decision you make for yourself. For me (and I would think others) marriage and children are not worth the cost-benefit risks. It can all blow up and be taken from you; which admittedly is true of almost anything in life. Whether you want to take the risk is up to you. I mean what she's saying is more or less true. She's talking about having to choose career OR kids at her age (~30); whereas men get tons of time to do career THEN kids at like 40 or 50. Men don't have an equivalent fertility worry because we can pretty much crank out the juice at least until 50; it's not as high quality but it's there.
