This sounds really like an Interest Level from book "The System" by Doc Love.

Well, I read through our conversation here and I do reacall the things you mentioned. I just forgot about them and my guess is I misunderstood your first comment a bit. Anyway, I think OP is thinking in black and white at this subject.

Told you - I read about it a long time ago and I forgot a lot. Also my understanding of the subject at the time may have been worse. Pretty harsh to be reminded of lack of knowledge. Anyway, my point was mentioned before. Edit: personal question - you are psychologist or therapist by any chance?

What I meant about them is they mostly put pressure at one point. At least from theoretical aspect. It's also hard to discuss this for me as I am no native english speaker and my phrases may be cluncky.

"How does that make you feel" is not a bullshit. Some people are actually disconnected from their feelings sometimes they even can't name the emotion they feel. Looking only at cognitive theories is like looking only from one side at something. And humans aren't that simple. True, those are proved to be best working therapy models but they are not for everything.
