To be fair, legaladvice is more concerned with how the law is than how it should be. Sure, but then they drift away from that in the last few lines. The purely-legal wording would be "understand that legal responsibilities can result from your actions." Instead, the mod chooses to take a more 'moral' approach and act like the man "need(s) to be an adult."

I would imagine part of it's because a lot of male-victim rape occurs in prison. Prisoners have a generally high recidivism rate, so the people that get raped in prison are likely to keep being incarcerated and raped throughout their life.

I'm sorry, but this is ridiculous. Jezebel is a vapid, bullshit website that caters to women. Of course they're going to have a "let's look at sexy Olympic athletes" article. I'd expect AskMen.com to come out with a similar article. NBC is a liberal news outlet. Of course they have a problem with sexualizing people that aren't trying to be sexual. There's nothing wrong with that divide in views existing, different groups of people will always have different ideas of what is and isn't appropriate…

First off, Beatles*. Second, yes it's true they were considered "pop." Hell, even their earlier songs were just the same few lines repeated over and over. But by the time they got to Abbey Road, they abandoned that nonsense. They put out music that told stories, that experimented with musical structure, that progressed throughout an album.
