So believing men have more advantages than women isn't "sexist". All real equal rights believers want is for people of all genders, races, abilities, and other factors to have equal rights and opportunities. Acknowledging male domination in certain fields and male advantages isn't sexist. But people who say "women can't hurt men," or "let's make all jobs 50% men, 50% women" are not true feminists.
