Concerns invalidated, promises never materialized, training and development never given, and i moved 850 miles for the job. It should be a crime. The only good news is that the backwater borough i ended up in is seemingly spared covid-19 so far.
I was personally persecuted out of my position by female leadership because i am a man. And the prevailing political culture offers no protection for men in these situations. Women need to physically abuse men in the workplace for men to get any kind of legal assistance, and even then, it isnt guaranteed. It is a joke.
