Like their shirt, or shoes, or hat, or earrings, whatever. Compliments like "I like your eye color" feel very boring and ingenuine. | 39 | It seems that there are fewer girls in STEM because the education system favors girls, offering them more choices (once again the feminist explanation needs to be turned up-side-down to make sense)The company I work for has a group dedicated to increasing the number of women in STEM, run by the head of HR... I've spoken to female colleagues about it and they think it's stupid. They don't think that they had any barriers going into STEM (they're all late 20's) and they said that these groups weren't doing anything.
