1	Keys to (winning) at the game. "A Ha" realizations. If I'm tired then I find it harder to be confident. I have to revert back to the "fake it" confidence training that I did. i.e I have to really pay attention to my body language, posture, eye contact & how energised I am. That can be hard when your tired. If you know your tired its a bit easier to keep an eye on it. On the reverse.
