Did I hurt your man feelings? You seem very fragile!

lol yes obvious sarcasm, but I'm the dumb one!

I've been in love several times, it's never been reciprocated. I guess that's how I ended up here.

I've always seen loyalty as the default. If I were with someone I would care how think and feel and would be devastated if I 'cheated'. I wouldn't want them doing it and we're in this life together. If we can't trust each other, support each other and uplift each other, then whats the point? I'm a dateless adult virgin, so what do I know?🤷

This is stupid and yet another culture war issue to steer people away from policies with substance.

Perhaps. That always seemed fallacious to me though. There is always something new to learn and ideas and thoughts change with new info.

Yeah, that sounds reasonable. I was more taking issue with the fully formed and experienced part. That is just the perfect setup to an ever changing goal post

"More to the point, I've seen people (mostly women in the recent years) say that they're "not responsible for their partner's personal development" and that their partners should already be a fully formed, experienced and mature person going into the relationship. " Hahaha the ultimate catch-22! The joke of course being that is an unobtainable goalpost that is constantly moved as a person well......matures and has more experience with life.

This is stupid and I honestly wonder if my dating problems stems from not caring about stuff like this.

Did you ever considering why someone who can't get a date after several hundred rejections over 25 years would have some fleeting moments (unless you're a damn sociopath and would reflect back on something like that with glee) of 'feeling sorry' for oneself? No, you don't because you don't 'get it'. You don't 'get it' and resort to underhanded insults like 'self improvement', implying one hasn't been engaging in intense self improvement for 25 years. And over looking the glaring flaw that not pa…

It's always the people who found some measure of success in dating that never seem to 'get it'.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/21 06:42 PM

I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume you've had at least 1 date before. I've had a grand total of '0' in my lifetime. Not a single person in the past 25 years decided I worth spending 10 minutes with. I can't change other people's perception of me, regardless of what I change about myself.

You're right. I should have took it lightly, my bad!

It's really not. Nobody is responsible for how others react towards them.

Does it really have to be explained to an adult that 'fucked' is an adjective with multiple meanings?

"Though, lately I have also seen a shift in arguments, some women like to state an age limit such as 30+. Meaning that if you are a male virgin over 30 you'd be a walking red flag." Well damn.....how fucked am I as a 40 year old virgin?

If it can't be measured with any specific tool it's pretty much an arbitrary thing that will vary wildly from person to person.

Humans also made up and refer to things like race realism, that's why I asked if it was quantifiable.

Is social intelligence a real, quantifiable thing or something made up with arbitrary rules that vary from person to person?

The only thing stopping all you people, men, women or otherwise from being a hivemind is that you can't get 24/7 coverage of what is the 'in groove'.

Why isn't her ethnicity relevant? It's part of who she is and at the moment, it's a large part of how the OP identifies her.

Idk I disagree. Doesn't make sense to make step one 'having your life together'. What does that even mean? Financial success? self actualization? Being happy? If you make step one vague and unobtainable then you'll never give yourself permission to start. Just like most of what is posted here, 'getting your life together' is just a vague, abstract concept.

6'6, 100% rejection rate even trying to get a date in 25 years. I'm not saying height doesn't matter, but it's importance is vastly overstated.

Yeah......no. I've had decades of interactions with the opposite sex, long before social media was a thing, to know that yes, it is quite possible there isn't another girl out there excited to meet you.

"Even if it leads to just a friendship, it will be much more meaningful and rewarding." It's really not more meaningful or rewarding, it's utterly frustrating.

There probably isn't another girl excited to meet you is the flip side of the argument.

"This really annoys me, because I lost my virginity at around 19-20 yrs old" It never ceases to amaze me how people who don't understand an incels frustrations and hopelessness are the ones who who avoided falling into it. Incel just means involuntary celibate. That's it. I agree the ideology that has sprung up around it, the pill stuff, is beyond stupid, fallacious and should be dismissed at every turn. "I would honestly say, just stop carrying about women and dating entirely." How bad is this? I'm an adult virgin lonelier than the OP. This sounds like it might be worth risking one night stands for.
