But if a men were to say that he prefers a women to not be overweight or fat, he's criticized as a body shamer or whatever they call it But if a woman says she prefers a man to be a certain height, it's a different reaction, almost as if those comments don't effect people So even the preference argument is flawed

But what if it's a neighbor overhearing a loud conflict??? also men refuse to press charges because that's how their ideology is they just don't do that, but this isn't a fair assessment as I'm sure there's men that do....but it's not that publicized because of the double standard Lemme say that quote from The Dark Knight but switch it up "A man gets abused, no one bats an eye, a Woman gets abused everyone loses their minds"

Often we forget the word accusation....which use to mean something They wanna say to give people a chance or something, but as soon as they hear a allegation it's automatically right in their mind No matter how u might not like the person etc, you can't call them a criminal unless they have been convicted of a crime
