2	I've always had anger issues since I was a kid and I don't know what to do about it anymore. Someone else mentioned stoicism and I agree that has helped me a lot. Remember, you can't control what other people say or do or think or what happens to you, but you CAN control your actions and behavior. That's where your focus should be. When you feel angry, let yourself feel angry, but DO NOT let it affect your behavior. If you try to suppress it or run away from it, it will intensify. 2	Feeling bad about myself for a long time after a bad open relationship? Yeah sadly that is just the cut throat nature of life. Open Relationships are BS. You can't let a girl manipulate you like that because she will lose respect for you and walk all over you.
