-11	Boys as young as 12 being brought up to feel like they are a piece of shit purely for being born male. Girls being brought up to already think they are victims. Let’s see how this helps the mental health crisis. This is so sad No one is telling boys they are pieces of “Shit”, they are trying to raise them in a way so that they don't fall victim to toxic masculinity. This causes so many problems, I won't deny that men find it harder to express vulnerability but a lot of that is because of other men. Women have time and time again said they don't mind or even prefer a man who is open about feelings. And comparing the experiences of people of colour and queer people to the experience of a white straight man ( which make up the majority of men's rights activists ) isn't only harmful but just fucking blind.
