The difference between male and female participation in parenthood cannot be attributed solely to women "spreading a culture of fear." There is a lot of human history built up to produce this difference and it can't be blamed on (relatively) recent gender-discrimination movements. It should be noted that the headline features the word 'conquest' as if it's an actual quote. Nowhere else in the article is that word used.
