That still says the did it, but that it was never the entire body, just parts they cremated. They don't describe the process there.

He was not vindicated in the slightest. All it meant was that not all of the people he blackballed/jailed were innocent, a few had Soviet ties. Creating a witchhunt and putting innocent people in jail is always bad. Always.

Isn't this why he can't go back to Canada anymore? He would be jailed until he could catch up on his child support and alimony payments? I remember him saying that he was still paying her what he could even though she was the reason he could never go back to his home country.

That's more about looking your best. It's a personal thing. You see it every day with men too. Go to the supermarket on a Saturday. Some guys will be wearing shorts, sandals, and an old t-shirt while other guys will be more dressed up. It's simply the persons preference of how they want others to view them.

You could try to talk her into giving it up for adoption. The problem there is that many women who plan on doing that change their mind after they give birth. Perhaps if you can get that waiver signed that a few other people here mentioned.

To me it comes down to the fact that it isn't the co-authors point of view. The two of them edited and added to what Adam dictated. Adam himself said that he's told a lot of the stories before, but what's in the book is the most complete and best form he could make of them. There's a lot to be said for editing. So I hope that the saying holds true for this book.

I got this for Christmas and am really looking forward to it. He did 20 minutes on the Special Thanks section and it was funny. He also had a co-writer, Mike Lynch. It sounds like he dictated a lot and then they edited it together.

Perhapts calling the cops and then a lawyer would be the best option. That way you can have some counsel when the cops try to arrest you in your own house for getting assaulted. If you don't have a lawyer, check online. If you can't because of said assault, call a friend and have them find one for you. Unfortunately it seems like you're damned if you do and damned if you don't here.

Thank you for taking the words out of my mouth. Though I had a few more capital letters. We just need to keep our perspective when we hear all the horrible things women do to men. Though I for one hope that some good comes from the subreddit, even if it's just making men more aware.

You make an excellent point. Al was dumb, and the first show I know of to really hammer that point home. However so was everyone else in that household. I liked that show a lot more than King of Queens or any other show where only the man makes mistakes. All in all I just miss such a great show.
