When she started touching your arm while laughing, you knew you were in. I still talk to ppl I met like that from 10-15 yrs ago.

I remember when you’d go out to bars and just have a blast w your friends. You’d meet a girl make her laugh and meet her friends. If you played your cards right, you got that invitation to go back to her place. This was almost every night in Los Angeles (silver lake, echo park, Hollywood, eagle rock, highland park, etc). I don’t understand why ppl lean on tinder.

This comes off as really fake. The biggest hint this wasn’t a real baby shower type party is: he’s using a “wireless microphone” but that microphone is supposed to have a wire connecting it to the PA. Secondly, none of the ppl involved in the cheating ever really turn red or blush. The more I think about it the more it comes off as fake and staged.

That stupid white bitch! The guy working is almost certainly an independent contractor. He’s probably underpaid for the job he’s doing, on top of which, he’ll get even further fucked when he does his taxes. That stupid orange sign wasn’t placed there by him or any of the crew, that was placed there by the company who won the contract. She’s got a problem with the male to female crew ratio, call the fucking office and ask to talk to the owner about that. Fucking hell...!

Fucking hell, this sounds like someone I used to know. Same type of behavior. Just blowing up my phone to the point where I had to shut it off, to regain a part of my life for a moment. She created this huge story about me and it ended up costing her in the end. She works retail now and I do just fine for myself. In a way, I feel bad for her because I know that the behavior isn’t normal (give or take a few on your definition of normal). Definitely some sort of obsessive compulsive disorder. Glad…

This dlisted article is fucking horrendous. Really, three rules of thumb on how to lock down a rich guy? We need a bc pill for men that kill our sperm. We need this to be our choice to protect us from women like this.

Exactly! This motorcyclist is a dick. You can't assume that she saw you and purposely cut you off. He had enough distance, she had her indicator on. Slow down and let the car in. Proceed after that. That's a dangerous stunt to close that rear-view mirror. Motorcyclist, you totally created that scenario.

He could totally be a dick, but he was just annoying. He talked annoying. Said annoying shit. Being a dick in the right is a rare phenomenon, enjoy it proper.

Serious question: I wonder... What would have been the case, should it had been the other way around? The father stabbing the mother whilst holding the toddler, in front of the little boy. Would he had gotten 'life without parole' or 'death sentence'? Surely, he wouldn't have been let out having served 7 of a 10 yr sentence, to go take care of his children, right??

For the record: never did I say that I want to get out of paying child support. Ben, can you please point that out if I did? I also don't want to rip the kids away from her, they'll need the nurturing a mother can only give.

You'd find it disturbing, if the wife was financially responsible for everything and she found me day in and day out drinking with my buddies the beer she bought at the house she pays for and asks me to leave? Are we on planet earth?

The system is broken and the broken system favors the mothers. I just wished we had a fair trial like any other case brought to the court system. It also doesn't help that there are great mothers out there and dead-beat shitty ass dads out there.

Sorry, not ALL are church friends. 35% are church friends. The rest are her friends she's met during her course of living here. Her family is my main concern. Her brothers have minor criminal records and they come over. One of her brothers has been admitted to an insane asylum and has recently been released.

She really is. I wasn't given the best skills at choosing the people around you or who you dated. Our parents raised us on a very superficial level. What people appeared to be was more important to what they really were. This took me YEARS to break out of. Unfortunately, I had already started a life with the airhead, later finding out I had made a huge mistake. Now in my 30's, I want to change things around and have to endure the shit storm that comes with it.

This is exactly how I feel. I work 40+ hours at a great job (not complaining), then on the weekends, I free-lance to make-up the money she is not bringing home. On top of that, I still make time to be a real Dad and have productive and effective time with my boys. I cook, clean, and take care of the things that need to be fixed around the house - mind you, things she can do, but fails to see. I don't want to be with a lazy person for the rest of my life. Some one that not only lost the fight but…

She is still an illegal alien. She hasn't even done that and I offered to pay for it. My whole family is trying to help her. My grandmother has offered their vacation home in Mexico for her to stay at if she has to return to Mexico. Still, the incentive is not good enough for her.

I think her ignorance is really going to help her here. She is not very forthcoming with her information and I know very little of her life. I know it's weird hearing (reading) this being that we are married and should have a typical marriage, but we never did.

Things have come up missing in the past.. iPods, iPhones, Headphones, multi-tools, my super expensive bike-lock, etc.. I am a very trusting person and have no issues with trust. She'll have her brothers over and I know for a fact that half the things missing at my house are now in their pockets. They are always in and out of trouble with the law and are no longer welcome at my brother-in-laws house, for good reason. I've expressed my feelings to her towards her brothers and she'll nod yes.. but …

You are right. I make it a point to meet everyone that has entered my doors. I am a very friendly character, it is part of how I make a living. I don't want to kick her out. I was only asking if there was a legal way to ask her to leave/separation and have her move out, since carrying the financial burden of the house is way beyond her means.

It is my life and I am in control of it. I do not control the world or its actions - that's crazy. I earn a great salary because I have worked hard to get there. I have expensive gear at my house that I use when doing free-lance work. All of that is kept in my garage and some of it in my house. When I come home and find people I don't know in there, YES, it freaks me out. Why, you may ask? Well, the financial well-being of my home comes from me. If that were threatened in any way and I could no …

Look, it's not so much the religion that is crazy.. but the people that eat it that makes it crazy. I work at a museum that is very in-line with Christianity and the people that come here are both believers and secular. Both are so easy-going. I work with a secular band that gets asked to perform at church events, those people we work with end up being so freaking awesome. They respect that you are not a believer and make it fun. I just don't get the "small Hispanic church" mentality. They judge…

Good point.. I want to gather some more research before I jump to that extreme. But I am very close to doing so. I first want to get her on video during our morning routines as she yells at our kids for the littlest things. I have a different approach with them and it is more effective and less time consuming. Thanks, CrossHook!

This is hilarious! I've never been to Lima, Peru - I'm assuming its beautiful. As of last night, I have contacted a lawyer and have a consultation meeting with him next week. It turns out he is my friends friend and has been to the museum I work at. Hopefully he will take it easy on my pocket.

I don't mind the heat.. I knew it was coming. It doesn't bug me. We were both religious growing up. But I wised up and she didn't. I thought it could work out, but the older I get the less shit I can swallow. I find myself not speaking my mind because I don't want to hurt her beliefs. But I find that I am not helping her by not saying what I have to say. As of late, she'll send me text messages saying how God will provide for her and the only man she needs is God. So, OK, fine. But lets get real…

How do you know that I am? I'm the Dad that stays on top of the kids homework. I'm also in constant communication with their teachers, because, quite frankly, my wife can not communicate with them on an academic level. She'll just nod yes or smile through the whole conversation. I have been nice through the years, I just don't want to be with someone that takes advantage of me in that way. I rather live alone and if that makes me a monster then I'd like to be the Mummy!!

I am a control freak? I really am not. But thanks for your comment. I don't want to kick her out, obviously, I haven't. I want to ask her to leave and I want to know if, legally, I am protected to do so. The reasons why I am asking her to leave are valid. We both are not happy, and keeping this situation alive is killing both of us.

If I move out, that would look like I am abandoning the children and will only help her case in court. Believe me, I've thought about renting another house. The issues stopping me from doing that, are: Like I mentioned, I look weak when trying to present a strong case in court. She has no source of income, she will be evicted within months. That will only hurt me as the house lease is on my name.

She does not want to work and is also currently an illegal alien. The parents brought the family to the US when she was a teen. The reason for us marrying was for her to legalize and live a normal US citizen life. Would her having a full time job (illegally) make things better or worse?

This is what weighs in pretty hard. The 8 & 6 y/o are in school during the day and I have the 4 y/o in daycare. He can stay there from 8:30 a - 6:30 p but those are very long days for him to be away from home, so he's been staying with mom at home.

We live two different lives. We have grown extremely apart. She's a die-hard Christian and I'm not. She is the "blind-believer" type, the most dangerous if you ask me. She invites her gf's and they'll bring their bf's of which I've never met or have cleared to come into my house. I have a small circle of trusted friends. I don't trust ppl. I have many things at my house that I've bought that can be taken. It's happened before with her brothers. She feels that she is entitled to being taken care …

For spousal support, don't we have to be married for more than 6 years? The quick fix is separation. Divorce is inevitable. I don't mind the child support, it's the spousal support that I want to work around.
